PRIVACY POLICY

Why do we have a privacy policy?
Firstly, we are under a legal obligation to let you know what personal information we collect about you, what we use it for and on what basis. We always need a good reason and we also have to explain to you your rights in relation to that information. You have the right to know what information we hold about you and to have a copy of it, and you can ask us to change or sometimes delete it.
Secondly, if we want to collect and use your information for other purposes, we may need to ask for your consent (permission) and, if we do, that permission must always be indicated by a positive action from you (such as ticking a box) and be informed. You are also free to withdraw your permission at any time.

Notice to our customers
Keeping your personal information safe and secure is our top priority. That’s why we want to notify you of some changes to our privacy policy as a result of the introduction of the new GDPR data protection law that came in to effect on 25 May 2018.
The changes don’t alter what we use your personal information for but make it easier for you to find out how we use and protect your information. The fact that the law is changing only builds on what we already do today – and that is to give your personal information the respect and security it deserves.

Your privacy is extremely important to us
When you use our services, you trust us with your information – and that’s a responsibility we take very seriously. Our privacy policy spells out exactly what data we collect and how we use it.

We care about your privacy and want you to be confident in the way we use your personal information - which is why we’ve put together this handy summary so that you can get the facts at a glance.

Why do you need my personal information in the first place?
Your personal information helps us give you the best service possible. We’ll sometimes use your details to send you offers – but you can opt out from these at any time you want by following the unsubscribe links in any email or text marketing.
Here are the sorts of things we use your personal information for:
-
Verifying you as a customer to detect and prevent fraud
-
Confirming your order, knowing which of our products and services you’re using, and being able to keep you in the loop about installations and deliveries
-
Getting to know you as a customer to send you emails and offers we know you’d be interested in, based on how you use our products and services

What are we using your data for?
We only use your data for marketing emails, event invitations and industry news. We never share your data with third party marketing companies.
How are we keeping it safe?
Your personal information is of the utmost importance to us, and we protect it as if it was our own. We have strict controls in place to make sure it’s properly protected. We do not share your information with third parties unless it relates to a specific project and you have expressly consented to it.
